Job description for Rental & Sales Consultant
Rental Consultant is responsible for the whole booking process starting from the initial inquiry or phone call and ending with clients' departure ensuring that all phases go smoothly, without any errors.
Every-day tasks of a Rental Consultant:
- Answering the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering apartment inquiries by email
- Managing apartment bookings and payments
- Arranging transfers
- Ordering cleaning service
- Meeting clients at the apartment and carrying out the check-in procedure
- Creativly solving any problems that clients might have
- Other tasks associated with apartment management and customer service
Sales consultant is responsible for the whole sales process starting from the initial inquiry or phone call by owner or buyer and ending with attending at notary’s to ensure that all phases go smoothly, without any errors.
Every-day tasks of a Sales Consultant:
